PharmaCare Solutions is a pharmaceutical care company established to address the current challenges placed on the health care system. We focus on developing partnerships with employers, insurance carriers, and governmental agencies to provide medication and diabetes management services to patients in a convenient, relaxed environment to increase self-monitoring and improved drug therapy, thereby reducing unwanted outcomes and total health care spending.
 The concept of being a pharmaceutical care provider differs from the standard prescription provider role of pharmacists. Pharmaceutical care by definition is "a patient-centered, outcomes oriented pharmacy practice that requires the pharmacist to work in concert with the patient and the patient's other health care providers to promote health, to prevent disease, and to assess, monitor, initiate, and modify medication use to assure that drug therapy regimens are safe and effective."¹
PharmaCare Solutions has been designed to take this service definition to the next level of patient care by making the outcomes of care the measure by which we determine our performance. Having this type of service available within the health care system in the Metro Atlanta area will positively benefit patients, physicians, employers, insurers, governmental agencies, and society in general.
